We have a current opportunity for a TA Manager on a permanent basis. The position will be based mainly from home but down the line travelling into Milton Keynes a couple of times a week.
To manage and maintain the end-to-end recruitment process for the UK & Ireland business ensuring a first-class recruitment and selection experience for both candidates and Hiring Managers.
The role requires working closely with the HR Team and building relationships with internal and external stakeholders, understanding and advising on talent attraction strategies.
You will source candidates directly and use external third parties where necessary assessing suitability for vacant roles and ensuring the best talent is selected in line with cost, quality, time and business needs.
Develop hiring plans to support the business and reduce agency spend
Keep D&I on the recruitment agenda by discussing it with managers and agencies during recruitment briefings ensuring that we always hire the best talent
Design, plan and execute selection processes (conduct interviews, assessment days, screening calls, administer psychological tests etc.)
Use creative sourcing methods for hard-to-fill roles
Provide expertise on recruitment strategies and market conditions / trends
Create and present data and reports.
Ensure positive candidate experience
Utilise social media to enhance the employer brand
Manage and maintain the candidate management system
