Up to ~175k base, plus bonus

Our client is a global professional services firm enjoying growth and profitability despite the challenging economic climate, and that is poised for continued success in 2021. The firm is seeking an SVP, Benefits who will report to the Global Head of Total Reward and will lead all aspects of U.S. Benefits strategy and execution. This leader will oversee a small team of Benefits professionals charged with day-to-day administration of the firms' health, retirement and wellness programs. They will be responsible for developing and rolling out a comprehensive wellness program for the firm globally.

The ideal candidate will bring depth of senior leadership Benefits experience, a mix of both demonstrated strategy combined with comfort in the hands-on, operational components. You have managed people and bring well-rounded Benefits experience comprehensive of health & welfare, retirement and wellness, having created and implemented wellness strategies and programs. Of critical importance is that this leader exhibit genuine passion for Benefits and for partnering with senior leaders to drive innovation and change within their offerings.
