Are you interested in working for a business who is on a huge transformation & change journey? Are you excited about growth and being part of the business strategy and planning process? Do you have exposure to partnering with senior stakeholders and translating business plans into talent, engagement and organisation plans?
I am delighted to be partnering with a leading FMCG manufacturing business who supply some of the world's most iconic brands. This organisation operates a complex matrix structure, has a global remit and is going through an exciting period of change, development and growth.
As the strategic HR Business Partner you will report into the Head of HR UK and support a headcount of circa 680. Your remit will be to partner with senior stakeholders at Director level and implement a people strategy and provide strategic business partnering and coaching to all levels throughout the organisation.
You will be responsible for a broad range of HR activities to include, managing the overall performance cycle process, assessing teams, identifying development needs, making recommendations and implementing appropriate solutions. A key part of this role will be transformation and change. You will need to understand the people impact of change and design effective plans to mitigate risks and embed change.
You will also drive process improvement, looking at their current methods of working and how you can make these more efficient. One major project will be looking at data analytics and automation.
This role will suit a HR professional who has already been operating as a strategic HR Business Partner ideally in a large matrix organisation. You will be comfortable managing cyclical HRBP activity as well as managing complex change. The business can be hard to navigate at times, so you'll need to quickly build relationships and be comfortable dealing with ambiguity. The successful candidate will be confident, approachable and have a strong work ethic - you will need to have impact and influence at a senior level in order to build credibility quickly. You will be an effective problem solver who collaborates with the business and drives success through its people.
My client is ideally looking for someone who has worked within Manufacturing or FMCG organisations, can work at pace and deliver results. You will need to be resilient and confident in your approach with the ability to make commercial decisions and influence and challenge stakeholders.
In this role you'll not only have the opportunity to work on an exciting change & transformation project, but will partner senior global stakeholders and work in a friendly team of HR professionals. This role offers huge potential and an opportunity to really accelerate within your career making a positive impact to the business.
