I am delighted to be partnering with a FTSE 100 Professional Services Organisation based in Cardiff to help them recruit a Strategic HR Business Partner. This is an exciting time to be joining the business as they start a huge transformation project moving from a product lead business to a customer focused organisation. This is a high profile and visible role supporting a headcount of 1000 and working alongside the senior leadership team.
Salary is up to £75K, + benefits and remote working is bring offered.

As the strategic HR Business Partner, you will partner with Customer Contact Centres and report into the HR Director, whilst working closely with the Director of Operations. You will be fundamental in supporting a diverse and large operation in navigating all people elements of its customer transformation. You will lead the business through the design and implementation of the new operating model which will include organization design, consultation and project managing the implementation. You will collaborate with senior stakeholders across the business to ensure business areas are aligned with the customer experience and utilising key skills to drive this forward. Part of your role will still include day to day HR supporting the annual cycle of people activity and ensuring Employee Relation case work is dealt with effectively minimising potential risk to the business.

To be successful in this role you will need to demonstrate a solid work history of operating as a strategic HR Business Partner and supporting a large contact centre. You will have an impressive portfolio of working on business transformation projects to include leading from the initial outset. You will be able to effectively manage the project, engage with stakeholders and outline the relevant structure needed. You will be highly skilled in leading organisational change with a focus on talent management, organisation design and culture change. Your ability to effectively partner with the business and provide awareness on different challenges that could be faced will be of real interest to my client. You will demonstrate excellent stakeholder management skills along with the ability to influence senior leaders and make commercial decisions. You will be pragmatic, flexible and resilient and enjoy working within a fast paced environment with high aptitude for multi-tasking and prioritising multiple deadlines.
