There is an exciting new role as a Staffing and Talent Coordinator with a leading global management consultancy.
You will become a member of the international people team, where you will be working closely with the People Manager along with Staffing and Talent Coordinators within various global locations. Your main stakeholders will be the managing directors and partners.
In this role you will be responsible for supporting the team in implementing people deployment, and staffing strategy. Along with this you will also be responsible and accountable for organising short and long term priorities, according to business needs. One of your main responsibilities will include staffing and billability of consulting team members and bringing to attention any trends.
Being in this role you will be the first point of contact for all consulting team members. You will be liaising with regional management directors and partners on staffing opportunities, business development requirements, and investments. You will be meeting with consultants to get to know their staffing needs and offer advice on cases, and then support staffing partners and managers on making decisions. You will also be required to create forecasts and reports on a quarterly basis and update staffing and HR tools.
You will also be involved in Talent Development, where you will be required to work with international teams to gather performance feedback from regular Talent Committees.
Other responsibilities you will have include organising and keeping track of new hires, internal transfers, and system management. Your academic achievements and prior experience in a service oriented company will be of an advantage to you. The salary for this role is £30,000 to £35,000 depending on the experience you can offer.
