Summary:

Sr Sales Recruiter will be responsible for driving the recruitment process for a variety of sales, and technical roles across the organization by identifying, attracting and closing top talent to ensure that hiring objectives are met in a timely and accurate manner.

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for full life-cycle recruiting from creating job descriptions to extending the offer
  • Proactively engage with hiring managers/sales managers/stake holders to identify open headcount needs and prepare job requisitions
  • Source, recruit and hire talent for a variety of positions including sales and technical roles
  • Ensure a great candidate experience that supports our employer brand
  • Creatively and proactively source passive candidates
  • Assist in other recruiting or HR initiatives as needed
  • Posting roles on our internal and external systems and maintain applicant tracking system
  • Heavy scheduling, arranging calls with team members at every stage of the recruitment process
  • Arrange in/off-site interviews and coordinating candidate travel if necessary

Experience and Qualifications:

  • 5-10+ years of in-house recruiting experience
  • Experience in Enterprise SaaS, or ERP, or Cyber-Security sales, marketing and various technical roles
  • Proven track record of creative sourcing strategies to attract talent from direct competitors
  • Manage conflicting priorities, while being extremely adaptable and flexible
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to take initiative and build strong, productive relationships
  • High business acumen with the ability to articulate the company and job openings clearly to candidates
  • Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality
