With an excellent team of senior management and a forward-thinking culture, they are investing heavily in the APAC region and are searching for a SVP HRBP, to provide strategic HR leadership to the business to align the people strategy with the business strategy and drive the implementation of people processes to enable business performance in the region.

Job Description

Reporting through to the Managing Director, HR, you will be working with the management team in driving and spearheading changes to the organisation. You will ensure that the business has the people and organisational capabilities to support the business growth objectives through the provision of strategic customer focused HR solutions. Your team will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the Human Resources function including talent management, talent acquisition, rewards and recognition, learning and development, employee relations. Key to your success will be your ability to engage the senior leaders on a strategic level.

The Successful Applicant

We are looking for a proven leader with executive presence and astute commercial mind and the ability to effectively partner with HR and Business Leaders. Financial Services / Technology industry experience are compulsory. Work experience in a highly matrixed international work environment is a must. You will possess managerial experience and the ability to communicate complex principles effectively at all levels within the organization. This role would suit a seasoned HR Leader who thrives in a fast paced and results driven environment.

Critical: Strong stakeholder relationship management. Due to the organisation's affirmed support and commitment to developing a Singaporean core, this role is only available to Singaporeans.
