Our client, a global leader in the payments processing space, is looking to hire multiple Senior Technical Sourcers in various locations across the U.S. - Atlanta, Austin, DC Metro, Denver, San Francisco Bay area, or Seattle Metro. These roles are remote at the moment, but will be provided with 30 days' notice when the company plans to transition back to a hybrid working model.
They're looking for solid Technical Sourcers with big tech company experience to support a variety of functional areas; software development/engineering, data development, network development, corporate IT infrastructure, artificial intelligence & machine learning, or cyber security. They're seeking candidates at all levels of experience. The key focus for these roles will be the ability to handle a high volume of requisitions, with the ability to "tech out" prospective candidates. Each Senior Technical Sourcer will carry a requisition load of 20-25 open positions, with a goal of successfully filling 4 roles per month. Direct sourcing skills are critical as Sourcers will be responsible for market mapping, candidate screening, and candidate management up through the point of initial interviews with a hiring manager as which point a Senior Technical Recruiter would take over management of the candidate experience.
