Our client is a fast paced, global Fintech startup with ambitious growth plans.

With expansion plans, primarily within their Technology division, there is a need to bring in a new Senior Technical Recruiter (Asia) to manage Talent Acquisition end-to-end across multiple global offices. Reporting in to the Head of HR, based in the US, this individual will redefine and streamline the recruitment strategy and processes, managing candidate pipeline and sourcing channels working closely with the business.

They have a relatively high volume of tech hires (+ coverage of other functions) so this individual must understand and anticipate the needs of the business. You will also be in charge of researching and implementing new Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) for the organization. There is a real opportunity to shape the Talent Acquisition function from scratch as the business continues to grow.

This is a 'hands-on' 360 role where you will manage resourcing, sourcing methods, time to hire, volume and niche positions and work closely with senior stakeholders.

This is a fast-paced environment in growth mode which will require a resilient individual to set-up and drive a smooth and slick recruitment process and help them hire the best talent in the market. This person will have excellent communication and stakeholder management skills working directly with senior business leaders.

Essential: Technical Recruiter- hiring technical roles such as Software Developer, Software Engineer

Desirable: Come with both in-house and agency experience. Mandarin speaking is beneficial due to coverage of markets such as China.
