Are you an innovative and hands-on Recruiter interested in working for a world leading US Technology business? We are partnering with a true global player who are looking to add to their talent acquisition team to play a pivotal role in identifying, sourcing and attracting talent for a rapidly growing tech arm of the business.
- Experience generating candidates through complex Boolean searches, user groups, professional and social networking, candidate referrals, networking, web sourcing and ATS.
- Experience recruiting across technical roles including; software engineers, project managers, business analysts, infrastructure etc..
- Substantial hands-on recruiting experience a customer facing role, either in an agency or in-house.
- Demonstrated customer facing skills, focused on providing an excellent candidate experience.
- Experience working with job boards, CV databases and internet search tools including LinkedIn
- Skilled at partnering with hiring managers in diverse locations to build effective sourcing strategies and relationships
- Able to work efficiently and accurately to meet tight deadlines
- Excellent negotiation skills and professional presence
- Experience of working within either an in-house tech recruitment function, or on a tech recruitment team in an agency
- Experience working in a matrix and with managers in the US as well as EU desired
- An agency background is highly advantageous; although the preference is for you to have some experience gained in house, or within an RPO environment.
