My client is an innovative and rapidly growing start-up business with very ambitious plans for expansion across London, EMEA and America. The fast-paced company are headquartered in San Francisco with new and emerging global offices. They are looking to hire a Senior Talent Partner to join their London team.

This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced and commercially focused talent acquisition professional to join the growing team. You will be an integral part of the talent team not only delivering on the organisations talent plans but you will be able to deliver process and structure throughout your work. This role is hands on, exciting and will give you the chance to deliver on end to end recruitment whilst equally coaching hiring managers on best practise and delivery expectations. Recruiting for roles up to Director level across the UK and EMEA you will be the first point of call for senior hires. Rather then volume this roles focus is on expert stakeholder management, workforce planning and really engaging with the business by being assertive and knowledgeable about headcount forecasting.

To be successful in this role you will have experience working either within a large matrix organisation or a SME start up environment that has grown substantially. You will have been working with varied stakeholders and client groups at senior level preferably within matrix style organisations. You will be a very experienced recruiter with extensive proven in-house experience recruiting senior level roles up to Director through the full end to end recruitment cycle is essential. You will have a strong understanding and proven experience of working on optimising employee branding, direct sourcing and the use of digital platforms. You will be commercial in approach and will have supported or lead on recruitment strategies across EMEA regions. Exposure to recruitment across EMEA would be desirable but not essential.

Organised, diligent and proactive you will manage your workload effectively and have the ability to project manage and deliver at a senior level on all hires. Managing internal and external providers you will have experience negotiating PSL's and working with highly academic and successful team. As part of the talent team you will continue to drive the strategy and work closely with the HR team on continued organisational growth.
