Due to growth, this is a newly created role within a small, dedicated TA team and will offer plenty of scope for you to further implement best practice, be involved in projects and increase your remit and role as the company continues to grow.
You will be responsible for building value add relationships with your internal stakeholders and using innovative sourcing strategies to find top technical talent. This is a low volume, end to end recruitment role where you will use data to drive decision making and provide consistent reporting on recruiting activity and metrics. You will build and maintain relationships with external agencies and stay ahead of the curve on emerging trends in the market.
With either agency or in-house recruitment experience, you will demonstrate the ability to confidently recruit technical talent in a fast paced & dynamic industry. You will have a strong direct sourcing skillset and energy and passion for what you do.
