Our client is a highly successful, global financial services business that is experiencing continued growth & success. Headquartered in the US and due to a maternity cover, they have an opportunity for a Senior Recruiter to manage recruitment for their Asia Pacific Region for a period of 12 months.
As part of the HR team you will be solely responsible for the end-to-end delivery of recruitment as well as offering a high quality service to your internal stakeholders. Due to the nature of the business and the individuals that they seek to hire, it is essential that you are able to apply a quality approach to each assignment, understanding it may take time to secure the right candidate.
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Talent Acquisition Professional who is looking for a role where they can truly partner with a business, own the function, drive process improvement and lead projects.
Managing a portfolio of circa 20-25 roles, you will manage the end to end recruitment process and will hold exceptional stakeholder management skills. The roles will span across Australia, Hong Kong, Singapore and Tokyo. An exciting opportunity to own the recruitment function, partner closely with senior stakeholders and be part of a global team.
To be considered for this opportunity you will:
- Have an interest in Financial Services (FS experience is advantageous though not essential)
- Display exceptional interpersonal skills and be comfortable dealing with senior staff
- Thrive in a role where attention to detail and quality of hire is paramount
- Strong sourcing capability and able to think outside the square in terms of candidate attraction
- Must hold a Bachelor degree to be considered for this role.
