About our client
Our client is a global professional consultancy firm with a significant presence in the technology space, proving IT consulting and services. With their strong global network and consistent growth across the region, they are presently seeking a Senior Talent Acquisition Consultant to join their dynamic HR team in their corporate office in Singapore.
Reporting to the HR Manager, you will develop and implement talent acquisition strategies, processes and programs to drive effective recruitment. You will partner with business managers to acquire the best talent to meet business needs. You will be able to work with different regions within APAC to fulfill their recruitment needs. You should be able to create, build and maintain a network and pipeline of potential talent to fill future and planned roles.
The successful applicant
Ideally, you should be equipped with a Bachelor's degree and have at least 7-10 years of IT recruitment experience in large organizations, preferably with in-house talent acquisition or recruitment agency experiences. Regional recruitment experience with Australia and Japan markets are a must. The successful individual should be driven, motivated and someone who possess the right levels of EQ to navigate around difficult conversations with senior stakeholders. The individuals should have a good stable record in filling senior technical roles.
