Our client is one of the fastest-growing technology companies in Europe in 2021. Headquartered in Munich and with over 100 employees, it is aiming to double in size by the end of this year. To support this rapid growth they are looking for a full-time Senior Sales Recruiter to join their global Recruiting Team and help build their sales team globally.

One of the key advantages of this role is the great flexibility in regards to the working location, being possible to work from one of their offices in London, Paris or Munich or remotely from anywhere in the UK, France, Germany or Spain.

As an experienced sales recruiter, you will be responsible for finding the best sales talent for their growing sales teams worldwide, including hires across all seniority levels within Europe and the US.

Your tasks:

You will fully own the end-to-end recruitment process for assigned positions, including job description creation, constructing specific hiring processes, assessment design, candidate sourcing, pipeline and stakeholder management, hiring and handover to the Onboarding Team

You will collaborate closely with the VP Global Sales in order to understand their exact hiring needs and deliver the right talent

You will create an excellent candidate experience during the whole hiring process

You will be involved and collaborate with the global Recruiting Team on the ongoing improvement of their employer branding, recruitment processes and overall candidate experience

You will build an efficient pipeline and keep track of all roles in their ATS Lever

You will have opportunities to take on global HR and recruitment projects on the side to develop new skills and knowledge

Your profile:

Minimum 4 years of experience in a global recruitment role, ideally in a high-growth or start-up technology firm

At least 2 years of experience in hiring people for sales and commercial roles, e.g. Account Managers, Customer Success, SDRs, Sales Directors, Account Executives, Enterprise Sales Reps

You love to meet people and find out what motivates them

You learn quick and rapidly adapt to new roles, new regions and new challenges

You possess strong sourcing skills to find suitable candidates and build a strong pipeline

You are results-driven, resourceful, pragmatic, you can identify problems and find solutions

You have excellent communication skills, are organised, responsive and service-oriented

You are fluent in both written and spoken English
