A leading financial services business is now looking to hire a senior reward professional to join their City offices and support the wider reward team. This broad remit role will lead on both the strategic and operational aspects of the reward and benefits function, engaging across their total reward landscape. As a result, the business is looking to meet reward professionals who are comfortable with high levels of stakeholder engagement. Who can produce high quality briefing proposals for RemCo and scope, plan and implement reviews of their current comp structures. It is hoped that candidates will already be familiar with working within an FS environment, candidates outside of financial services may be considered.
