A global financial services business in Canary Wharf is looking for a Senior Compensation and Benefits Analyst to join them. A permanent role, this has been newly-created due to continued business growth. This is a broad role covering a range of Compensation and Benefits projects and liaising with stakeholders across Europe, the Middle East and Africa. The firm's work has a key impact on global markets.
Your work will impact both day-to-day operational matters and longer-term strategy. You will support on a range of compensation projects and processes, including annual reviews, benchmarking and job banding. You will also have an impact on employee benefits, administering programs, answering queries and assisting with renewals and negotiations. You will liaise with a number of external providers and your work will impact thousands of staff across EMEA.
Your extensive experience of both compensation processes and benefits processes will be heavily relied upon by the business. Knowledge of international compensation, benefits and payroll will be advantageous and allow you to hit the ground running. You should have several compensation rounds and benefits renewal cycles under your belt and feel comfortable working in a varied, fast-paced environment.
