Are you a Reward Analyst with advanced expertise in data analytics and modelling? Would you like to add invaluable FTSE 100 experience to your portfolio? Our client is arguably the most famous name in the high street retail landscape, and they are now looking to recruit a Reward Analyst on an initial 6 month contract to play a pivotal role in executing their annual salary review process.

This exciting role will suit an individual who is a self-starter and able to hit the ground running in the middle of the firms compensation round. You will play a key role, working alongside the Reward Manager and Head of Reward, in the modelling and financial analyses of several crucial Reward projects across the firm, such as the annual salary & bonus review as well as getting involved in additional projects such as conducting job evaluations and salary benchmarking.

To be considered for this role you will need to be able to demonstrate advanced Excel expertise, knowledge of conducting an annual salary & bonus review process and be able to work well as part of a cohesive and collaborative team. The role is paying up to £55,000 pro rata for the 6 month FTC.
