A great role now exists for a Senior Reward Analyst looking to bulk out their experience within Financial Services. Working with one of the most exciting global FinTech businesses, who are steadily building out their London Reward function, this role will support them through their annual compensation cycle. They are looking to meet analysts who are happy to take on a fair bit of heavy lifting in Excel, analyse large amounts of compensation data for the year-end review and play a key supportive role within the wider Reward team. You'll also help to benchmark salaries, ensuring the business is competitive in this fast changing market. As this organisation continues to scale there will be a number of additional projects to engage with, including salary harmonisation.
As a result the business is looking to meet Reward Analysts with advanced Excel skills and who are adept at dealing with large amounts of data, with direct experience of supporting benchmarking exercises and salary/bonus reviews as part of a comp cycle.
