If you are a Senior Compensation and Benefits Analyst looking for your next role, look no further. I'm working with a global technology start-up to help build out their Reward function. This is a full-time 12 month fixed-term contract, with the strong possibility of being made permanent.
The business has grown rapidly over the past few years and is now valued in the billions of dollars. The culture is fast-paced and high-performing, and is not encumbered by regulation and red tape around processes. The Reward function covers staff globally from business services to C-Level employees.
You will work on a number of transactional and strategic Reward processes, including gender pay gap reporting, global benefits harmonisation and the creation of salary ranges. You will assist with the annual compensation review and provide regular and ad-hoc reports. You'll assist with the administration of the company share plan. You will present data to C-level stakeholders. There is a real opportunity to leave your stamp on the business as they expand into new markets.
You must have experience of delivering Reward analytics in a fast-paced business environment, and must be able to manage a demanding and rapidly-changing workload. You will need to be comfortable working with ambiguity as many of the processes around Reward are still being finalised. You will need to be able to present confidently to senior stakeholders.
