I am currently working with a law firm who are in the market for a Recruitment Manager to be based in their London office. This role would suit someone who is looking to step into their first management role or someone who is looking to make the transition from agency to in-house.
Your recruitment responsibilities will stretch across the whole firm and will include hiring lawyers, paralegals, business support roles as well as trainees.
This person will have management responsibility for two junior members of the team, so experience of managing/supervising others would be useful.
Ideally this person will have previous legal recruitment experience (either from another law firm or from an agency). This role would also suit someone who has worked in graduate recruitment and who is hoping to broaden their recruitment knowledge.
