We are working with an established Financial Services organisation in Manchester to recruit for a Senior Recruitment Administrator/HR Coordinator to join the team on a permanent basis.
You will support the recruitment team leader and have responsibility for all administration related to the candidate journey and recruitment process for colleagues and candidates across the EMEA region. Your responsibilities include liaising with agencies, arranging agency briefings with stakeholders, ensuring CV's reach the hiring managers, arranging interview and managing applications on Taleo.
You will play a part in the offer process, producing the contract letter, starter pack and arranging the induction and on-boarding. You will ensure completion of full on-boarding process and submit relevant paperwork as required. You will escalate any screening issues and be the point of contact for queries from hiring managers, recruitment agencies and candidates.
