Senior Recruiter - Digital / Tech
Due to high growth and demand my client is looking for a senior recruiter to join the Digital Recruitment team covering Western Europe, South America and Africa. Talent is a core strategic priority in the company's growth objective and they are looking for an exceptional recruiter to drive candidate sourcing and management from inception through to completion across a number of high priority topics.
The role will blend hands on delivery while playing a leadership role on a number of strategic recruiting initiatives.
This role requires a complete recruiter and someone with previous in-house experience within the Digital or Technology space.
You'll be managing key stakeholders as a trusted partner and valued advisor; building a deep understanding of the business, role requirements and desired candidate profiles. Thereafter, building talent pipelines to fill current and future roles and drive improvements in time to hire.
You'll manage the process utilizing applicant tracking systems to actively track, manage and report candidate pipelines. As part of the role you will also review key metrics and performance measures and make recommendations for enhancement.
In order to be considered for this role you need a background in structured candidate sourcing and experience gained in a global environment hiring digital and tech talent. You will understand the importance of building peer-like relationships with stakeholders through a dedicated focus on client service and delivery
You will also need detailed experience managing multiple searches and competing demands through strong project management and prioritization skills.
