My client is a prestigious real estate business that works with a high profile portfolio across London developing properties and partnering with corporate clients in retail, global sovereign wealth and the Government. They are looking to appoint a Senior Recruiter to support the business with all recruitment related activity.
As Senior Recruiter, you will have responsibility of the whole recruitment cycle from candidate benchmarking to candidate attraction and managing the process end to end. This will be a busy position, working on up to 30 roles at one time and so, someone with good project management and prioritisation skills will succeed here as Senior Recruiter.
There will be a variety of roles to work on from fixed term contract to permanent including executive level. You will be also be advising and managing the expectations of major stakeholders and understanding their business recruitment needs, therefore someone with gravitas and good communication would fit in well within this environment. My client sees candidate experience as key to their recruitment function and so somebody with a customer focused mindset, who is experienced in having open and honest conversations with both client and candidate, would be well versed for this role.
My client is open to profile's with an agency background moving in house or an in house recruiter looking for their next move. Exposure to working on commercial hires or corporate services would be ideal.
Location: West End
Salary: £35-38k + 6% flexi benefits allowance
