We have been retained by a market leading global law firm who operate at the cutting edge of their chosen niche to appoint their Senior Manager/Director of Legal Talent Acquisition. Based in London the role will appoint legal talent across their LATAM, EMEA and ASIA PAC offices, and will focus on their attorney, counsel and associate hires. Working closely with the firms leadership, the role will define and execute hiring strategy as well as the on-boarding and orientation of new hires in to the firm.
The offers the opportunity to develop global brand awareness, acting as an ambassador for the firm through legal networks, events and external publications. Our client is seeking an individual who brings in-depth and proven knowledge of legal recruitment (both agency and in-house). They will also have a creative mindset which can build brand recognition, develop efficient, innovative process and strategies in attracting niche legal talent.
Whilst based in London, the role may require international travel, and will absolutely require an individual who has an international mind-set.
