About Our Client

Delighted to be working exclusively with a fast-growing cyber security company and with a global expansion followed by a new implementation of COE function, a Senior Manager, Regional Talent Acquisition role has arisen. Currently they are looking for high calibres who are agile, credible and be able to act as a business advisor from headcount planning and talent attraction perspective. The primary goal of this role is to support regional expansion across functions and geographic locations. This is a role which requires you to be very hands-on and manage recruitment processes from end-to-end.

Job Description

Reported into Regional Talent Acquisition Lead, you will be leading a small team and partnering close with business team to define, implement and execute effective recruitment strategies. You will be managing the recruitment process from end-to-end including conducting hiring briefs, writing job ads, designing interview plans, interview arrangement and offer management. It is important for this person to understand the orgnaization's business model, operations and competitive position in order to engage candidates in longer term. By mining various recruitment tools, you will perform analysis on data, workflow and process in order to support decisions and recommend practical action steps.

The Successful Applicant

We are looking for a high calibre with minimum 6-8 years of tech recruitment experience, preferably with start-ups or expanding companies. We are looking for a team player, who is proactive, detail-minded, well-organized, with fantastic memory in systematic data and information related to recruiting talent (candidates, competitors, projects, connections to the firm, etc). Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information appropriately is important. You must possess experience in using Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and Customer Relationship Management (CRM). Complete fluency in English and Cantonese is a must. Candidates who are currently in individual contributor roles or with junior leadership experience are also welcomed.
