What will you do as a Managing Consultant HR Transformation - Strategic Workforce Shaping?
Within the HR Transformation team, the company works with clients to create a vision and strategy for a future HR function. They map out an optimal design of the HR function and guide HR Transformation processes, where digitization and application of new technologies and state-of-the-art HR solutions play an important role. They support both local and global organizations within the public sector, corporate clients and healthcare to optimize their HR services: they advise and guide the entire HR transformation process.

As a Managing Consultant HR Transformation - Strategic Workforce Shaping, you have experience with (re)structuring (future) workforces. You have an extensive knowledge within the sourcing domain, as well as robotic automation and people analytics. With the use of data, you help identify any resourcing or skill gaps.
In your role, you are responsible for, and involved in the project that conducts analysis that they do from day one, which they translate into insights, recommendations, and concrete plans. In this role you also manage project teams, coach younger team members and you are able to manage and maintain customer relationships. You help grow the company's footprint by bringing in new business, further developing their HRT solutions and share their HRT thought leadership in the marketplace
At least 8 years of experience in a similar related role
A master's degree, preferably in Business Administration or Human Resources
Experience in leading project teams and business development
Dutch and English written & spoken
