Senior L&D Advisor

More specifically, as a Senior L&D Advisor, you will be responsible for;

  • Work closely with the wider business on training needs analysis
  • Design and create e-learning courses
  • Deliver the companies induction programme and smaller soft skills training sessions
  • Develop the learning strategy / initiatives for the business
  • Responsible for all aspects of the L&D lifecycle
  • Learning evaluations

You must have experience working in a similar role within the financial or professional services and have designed and delivered bespoke trainings both onsite and via webinars.

You must also be a team player, have excellent attention to detail and a can do approach.
