Senior HR Operations Manager

Our client, a Hong Kong HQ MNC in the Consumer industry is looking to hire a Senior HR Operations Manager for their Hong Kong HQ and business. The role reports into the VP HR and manages a team of 3 based in Hong Kong who support a population of around 600.

You will lead and manage the delivery and optimization of HR transactional services, driving continuous improvement and ensuring the achievement of line of service and overall business strategy. Acting as a change agent you will guide the evolution and implementation of the HR Operations vision for Hong Kong and provide day to day management of the HR Operations teams on all transactional matters. You will partner and collaborate with HR Business partners, and HR Information Services to ensure alignment, close communication and escalation, proactively identifying opportunities to improve team or individual effectiveness and relationships in the business.

Our client is interested in speaking with candidates that have at least 8-10+ years experience in HR Operations with at least 2 years supervisory responsibility. You will have excellent management experience with the ability to rally and inspire team members. You will also have strong project management and process improvement capability and strong working knowledge of Success Factors or other HR Technology. Other experience that will be important for this role includes:

  • Good experience in process improvement
  • Strong experience with mobility practices (the organisation has a lot of talent mobility within the group)
  • High level of English fluency is essential along with Cantonese.
