Our client is a highly progressive FinTech firm with significant funding and a unique offering that is unrivalled in Asia. They have ambitious plans to increase headcount by 50% over the next 12 months. This is an opportunity work alongside the Singapore-based founders and play a critical role in the growth of the business as the sole HR Manager.

Responsibilities include:-

Establishing the HR framework and ensuring it is fit for purpose
Onboarding, employee engagement and establishing retention strategies
Developing and maintaining HR strategies in line with the growth of the organisation
Execution of annual compensation reviews and performance management
Manage HR operations and processes in compliance with local regulations

We are looking for someone with the following experience:-

HR Manager with a minimum of 6+ years HR generalist experience
Familiar with a fast- paced working environment, ideally start-up in nature
Exposure to the technology/ fintech industries would be beneficial
A proven ability to operate autonomously and proactively
High levels of attention to detail and organisation
