Our client is a Professional Services firm with a base in Singapore and strong market presence across Asia Pacific, including Singapore, Australia, Malaysia, and China. They provide advisory and corporate services to a wide range of clients, ranging from Fortune 500 MNCs to local SMEs to start ups.
They have engaged us to find a Senior HR Manager to develop the HR department. You will be working in a small team and partner across the APAC offices. This is an exciting opportunity to set processes, policies and develop the HR team.
The population is very manageable to enable a 360 role where you will manage all operational and strategic activity and report to the Regional Director based in Singapore. For this role, you will need excellent interpersonal and stakeholder management skills and the ability to stand independently manage BAU processes for APAC.
The population is made up of bright and engaging professionals. Based in Singapore, this role will be responsible for the implementation of the HR strategy and operations across APAC (including EPs, letters, and HR admin). This is an excellent opportunity to work with the industrial experts.
Requirements: 10-20 years of experience in HR and leadership experience is required
