A leading global asset management business are looking to recruit a Senior HR Manager to lead their newly launched business that provides integrated front-to-back office services to third party investment managers and financial institutions as well the company funds.
As the Senior HR Manager, you will act as an experienced HR generalist and partner with the business to lead the HR function and implement the HR strategy within its new business. You will work very closely with senior stakeholders as well as leading HR projects and change initiatives individuals. You will work as a part of a team with one direct report.
Reporting directly into the General Counsel this is a hands-on generalist role within a fast-paced environment. You will be responsible for providing support to a pivotal area of the business with all aspects of day-to-day HR encompassing the full employee life cycle including employee relations, recruitment, people development, performance management, payroll, employee engagement, reward and remunerations, consultations, restructures, occupational health and training & development.
To be successful within this role and to be considered you will need demonstrable experience of operating within a hands-on generalist HR role and have a strong understanding of employment law as well as experience in the development and implementation of employment policies and procedures.
Candidates coming from a buy-side organisation or a wider Financial Services organisations would be highly desirable, but all applications will be considered.
