Job Description

This is a replacement role and reports to the Senior Manager of HR in Singapore. This role is a full Generalist role, with a stronger focus on Talent Acquisition. The individual will be responsible for the full spectrum of HR generalist activities such as payroll, contracts, compensation and benefits etc. You should be passionate about talent acquisition and look to bring fresh ideas to the table around sourcing strategies, employer branding and referral initiatives. The individual should be able to build a strong talent pipeline within the industry.

The successful applicant

Ideally, you should possess at least 8 years of HR experience and be equipped with a bachelor's in Human Resource or equivalent. You should have at least 5 years of recruitment experience in a in-house or in external recruitment, to be able to manage the talent acquisition for the organization. Given the individuals that you will be exposed to, strong interpersonal and communication skills is necessary in order to network and influence with the senior stakeholders. You should be open to ambiguity and be able to work in an unstructured environment. Mandarin Speaking is a must!
