An exciting newly created Senior HR Business Partner role joining a new FinTech business based in Singapore. This FinTech is part of a larger and highly successful brand. A fantastic opportunity to start in a new organisation and help build HR processes and develop a culture for the new firm from the bottom up. This role acts as a key support to the newly appointed Head of HR and Junior HR Assistant.
The successful candidate will be skilled with numbers and will be key in implementing a new compensation and bonus structure, create pay bandings, implement new systems, undertake payroll outsourcing, create campus recruitment - all of which will be built from scratch! Someone who is highly numerate would be at an advantage.
This initially supports a Singapore population, but that scope will likely become regional fairly quickly due to ambition growth plans. This role will set up the right candidate for a fantastic future career where you will be able to undertake HR initiatives that most people will not get an opportunity to do. This is a fast-paced and exciting landscape.
