Our client has retained Frazer Jones to find a truly inspiring and passionate HR professional to influence and transform a successful global organisation. A newly created role, the business is highly committed and they already have a successful global strategy. Diversity is a key business priority and sets them apart from their competitors giving them great advantage. They foresee that success lies in embedding DEI values into their DNA and business roots.

The ideal candidate is a strong Business Partner from a global complex matrix set up who has an interest and exposure to Diversity and Inclusion.

A thought leader with commerical acumen, experience with transformation and change management, and creating and tracking data and analytics.

This strategist will have a high level of cultural competence, is capable of inspiring and leading with empathy, and can cultivate relationships and build trust.

At present, this is a standalone role, but has access to a wider DEI team and will likely be building their own team in the future. The successful hire will Partner with regional business leaders and HR to craft regional action plans and deliver the regional strategic roadmap and global strategy.

Location: London with overseas travel where needed.
