We are partnering with a well renowned technology business that is looking to hire a Senior HR Business Partner that will support their growing cyber security division.
Operating with autonomy, you will be responsible for partnering with the Director population within the division. Key aspects will include:
- Lead and drive the people strategy across the business unit, working in partnership with colleagues across the COE and SSC.
- Build organisational capability and effectiveness through strategic workforce planning, performance, employee engagement, OD and talent and leadership development.
- Coach and develop senior leaders to build further leadership capability.
- Leads transformation and change agendas, understands the people impact and designs effective plans to mitigate risk.
Ideally, you will have senior (MD/Director) level stakeholder experience with the ability to partner challenging stakeholders. You will have strong change/OD experience with proven capability in embedding change in a global, matrix organisation. This role is suited to someone who has partnered with or enjoys partnering with a technology focused client group.
