Delighted to be working with one of the international supply chain company with their regional Headquarter based in Europe. Due to natural attrition, a Senior HRBP APAC role has arisen to partner with the leadership team and deliver human capital strategies to achieve overall organizational goals.

It is a critical role that involves driving and delivering strategic people plans, localizing and implementing global talent strategies, promoting interactive culture and creating high level of engagement and performance.

Job Description

Reporting through to Regional Head of HR, you will be leading the HRBP function and working alongside with the Centre of Excellence team in Hong Kong. You will act as a strategic HR partner in driving people initiatives in accordance to business changes including but not limit to formulating resourcing strategies, facilitating talent management and development cycle, leading organizational design. This is an important role which requires the new person to act as the first layer of contact and to consistently and proactively building rapport with business, encouraging creative and high-performing culture, and role modelling the right values and behaviours within the organization. Key to your success will be your ability to influence and engage senior business and functional leaders at both strategic and operational level.

The Successful Applicant

We are looking for a proven leader with strong track record in a Regional HR Business Partner role within FMCG/Retail/Supply Chain industry. Adaptability and work experience in a multicultural work environment is a must. You will possess strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to communicate effectively at all levels within the organization. It is important for this person to possess good business sense with strong delivery. You must be highly proficient in English apart from excellent language ability in Chinese. This role would suit a seasoned HR with not less than 10 years of HR and 5 years of managerial experience who thrives in a fast-paced and result-driven environment.
