This role is newly created and will support the CPO/MD and the Senior Leadership team for a brand new business unit and commercial opportunity for the company, working in country but with a global remit. You will play a critical role in executing the People initiatives, driving functional excellence and business improvement which will require flexibility between strategic people partnering whilst ensuring that operational requirements are delivered. This is an entrepreneurial environment, albeit part of a much larger organisation, and you will play a key role in helping shape the culture of the business.
You will have existing HR Business Partnering experience, driving the People Agenda and partnering strategically with a senior leadership team. You will be able to evidence having led and delivered on change and transformation programmes within a large, complex and matrixed organisation. A highly effective communicator and able to challenge, negotiate and influence at senior levels, you will be a collaborative partner to the business.
