My client, a leading international law firm based in the City, is looking for a Senior HR Business Partner to join its growing team. Going from strength to strength this firm and indeed its HR function is ever evolving and leading the way as a commercial partner to the overall organisation. In a newly created role this position will see you overseeing three key HR specialisms both here in the UK and across the globe. Leading a small team of Managers you will work collaboratively to develop and create a seamless and commercial HRBP offering across the firm, focusing on a number of strategic projects, and ensuring a uniformed approach and delivery of key HR functions into the firm. Reporting into the Global Head of HR this is a really exciting and broad role giving the right candidate the scope and breadth needed to make a real impact on the firm through its people. In what is very much a strategic HRBP role this position will also give you clear oversight of the HR engine room, operations, allowing clear insight into the mechanics of the function allowing you to position your projects and initiatives exactly where they will have the best impact and success for the firm and its people.
The firm is looking to meet with candidates already operating at Senior HRBP level with a preference for those with partnership experience. You will have had strong team management experience and have ideally worked internationally as part of your previous or current role. This HR team work extremely collaboratively regardless of level and pride themselves on this.
