Organisation
A major international ecommerce organisation who are continuing to grow significantly across the region. They look to recruit top talent and provide career development opportunities within the group. HR is held in high regard and is a key influencer in guiding and delivering on the business strategy.

Responsibilities
A truly commercial HRBP role partnering directly with the senior management for the business and covering the region. This is a strategically focused role where you will be involved in all aspects of the people strategy, ensuring high levels of employee engagement, workeding with the COE's on driving the talent agenda, coaching stakeholders on employee related issues and workforce planning for the dynamic and growing regional business.

This is a rapidly growing business within the group and has a large workforce (10,000+) of blue & white collar workers. It has been identified by the Group CEO as a key focus for the organisation so this will be a very high profile role which has the genuine opportunity to make a real impact.

This will be a project focused role and driving change and engagement across the region.

Requirements

8+ years HR Business partnering experience with a major and complex multi-national business that is fast paced and highly matrixed.

Strategically minded with experience of working with a large workforce

A background in human capital consulting along with a post graduate qualification eg MBA would be highly regarded.

Exceptional communication skills in English, both written and verbal are required.

Salary - SGD$160,000 - $210,000 + Bonus + RSU
