This leading firm based in the City is looking for a Senior HR Business Partner to join the firm. Having been through a period of exciting change the firm is looking for a strategic business partner to work closely with the senior leadership teams, driving the firm forward and really adding value through its people.
This role will see you based in a key practice area for the business working with a large overall population but focusing on the senior leadership teams. Reporting into the HR Director you will lead around succession planning, working with high performers, looking at diversity across the population and tangibly adding value from an MI perspective to help influence key decisions and challenge the business.
With a wider HR function to support from an employee life cycle your focus will clearly be on key projects and strategic people initiatives. The business is looking for commercial, forward thinking HR professionals with proven experience of working at senior level and with senior leadership teams. You will be commercial in your approach and be comfortable working with data and reporting. You will also posses strong communication and senior stakeholder management skills with the ability to challenge and influence the business.
