We are delighted to work with a an international law firm in Edinburgh to recruit a Senior HR Business Partner to cover a number of northern sites supporting both the Fee Earners and Business Services.
As an HR Business Partner you will become part of a hugely successful UK HR team and be responsible for supporting employees across a number of sites. You will undertake a generalist HR business partnering role and have responsibility for providing business focused and best practice HR support to various functions. Projects coming up including team restructuring, salary bench marking and the development and delivery of the people agenda. Although your position will involve cyclical activities and a degree of hands on operational activities, supported by a junior business partner and HR administrator, this is a senior strategic position supporting the firm through organisational change and design.
In order to be successful in your application you will need to demonstrate true HR Business Partnering experience gained within professional services, ideally having worked or working within the legal sector. You will have generalist HR experience having providing comprehensive support across employee relations, succession planning, business restructuring, people development. You are professional, discreet, credible and have the ability to influence both internally and externally. You have excellent stakeholder management experience, comfortable supporting senior partners and an exec team.
