This Senior HR Business Partner role is the Lead role for a Site of approx. 1,500 plus agency employees and business partners the General Manger and Site Leadership team.
Leading an onsite HR team of 10, the role is responsible for developing and delivering the people plan and its alignment to the Site and the Group HR strategy. Working in partnership with the COE and Shared Services, you will be involved across areas such as: organisational design, talent development, the L&D agenda, recruitment and leadership development.
This role is likely to suit someone with experience gained within manufacturing, distribution (supply chain/logistics) or similar working environment, and with a strong understanding of end to end processes for customer areas and the key connecting business functions. With broad HR Business Partnering experience you will have the ability to: think strategically; be able to focus on leadership development, driving engagement and performance; drive project and change management; line manage a team; build strong relationships at all levels.
