To do so, they are urgently recruiting a Senior HR Business Partner to join their Luton office and lead a strong transformation and evolution agenda throughout the business!

Having gone through a strong restructuring process in the past couple of years, they are now deeply determined to reach their ambitious goal of doubling the size of their business and, more importantly, completely reinventing the company and the way the HR function partners with the business on a larger level.

The objective of the role is to act as the point of contact and trusted advisor to Business Leaders supporting a workstream of 350. Providing expertise in coaching and advising on HR policies and practices that will enable the overall success of the HR agenda, ultimately being part of a much large and global HR function in a true matrix setup.

As the company will be going through significant transformation and growth, at times you will need to challenge the business with new ideas and offer creative solutions to complex issues, while investing in developing and evolving long-lasting relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.

You will be deeply passionate and have previous experience in driving an HR agenda for a global matrix-based organization going through transformation periods. Being familiar with activities such as Change Management, Strategic Workforce Planning, Culture & Engagement, Talent Management, Performance Management, People Development & Recruiting Strategies and more, will mean lots of exposure on both a local and international level and allow you to quickly scale and develop into larger responsibilities and opportunities.
