Senior HR Business Partner. Salary £70,000-£90,000 + bonus + benefits
West Sussex location.
I am delighted to be working with this highly reputable and well-established organisation based in West Sussex to help them recruit a HR Business Partner. This organisation is market leading in their industry and believe in making a difference in what they do. This role is a key position within the business as it is critical in delivering an efficient, effective and first-class service to the organisation.
As the HR Business Partner you will report into the HR Director and will develop and implement a People Plan for each of the directorates within the support function (Finance, strategy, IT), in order to drive their strategy and goals and imbed their culture. The support function has a headcount of roughly 3000 employees.
This is a strategic role where your objective will be to identify, evaluate and influence people solutions to help the leadership team achieve their vision, develop a talent strategy for each directorate and analyse the data to implement an employee engagement plan. You will use data, metrics and evidence to drive decision making and change, ensure that each directorate meets or surpasses its key people targets (headcount, absence, engagement) and develop a talent strategy for each directorate to include performance management, learning and development and succession planning.
To be successful in this role you will have an impressive background and solid skill set of operating and delivering within a Senior HR Business Partner role. You will have the ability to understand, analyse and articulate key business drivers and be able to influence decisions of senior business professionals. If you have experience in working with a fast-paced business which has gone through a period of significant change and have a natural ability to challenge business decisions and develop meaningful relationships with key individuals, then you will be of great interest to my client.
