Senior HR Advisor

We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced HR Advisor, to be a key component of the HR team. You will be working closely with the HR Business Partners providing crucial advice to the wider HR Team across different functions including Employee Relations, Client Management, Reward and Talent Management.
As a knowledgeable HR Advisor you will have excellent organisational skills with an eye for detail and a big part of your role will be to provide vital support to business leaders. You will be responsible for all employee relations cases and be expected to confidently advise on these from start to finish.
Your responsibilities will also include providing advisory support to various functions so you must be able to confidently communicate with senior stakeholders. As an important part of the HR team you will be the go-to-person for best practice and expected to coach and support newer team members. You will also be analysing data across the HR functions to identify needs and solutions ahead of time and creating regular reports to feedback findings, therefore you will need to be proficient in Excel and other Microsoft packages.
This role is paying between £30-40K depending on experience, with generous holiday allowance.
