Join this Global Professional Services Firm as Senior HR Advisor supporting the Melbourne office working within a Regional HR Team. This role will advise and coach the local business on all people related queries as well as leading a wide range of HR initiatives and programs.
Working in this fast paced complex environment you will operate independently, whilst knowing when to escalate, where you will have a strong IR understanding and a lot of common sense. You will need to be comfortable with the delivery of training (not design) and also an understanding of working with staff in various locations.
Previous experience in a HR Advisor or HRBP role is essential, ideally within a professional services or corporate environment.
This permanent role is based in Melbourne CBD.
