Join this Health & Education based organisation as Senior HR Advisor where you will provide HR advice, coaching and service delivery to Managers. As part of the People and Culture Team, you will initially be working on HR Projects for the first 6 months of the contract, and then will move in to being responsible for managing a portfolio of internal client groups, providing advice and support on people matters and developing solutions that are aligned to organisational objectives, covering recruitment & selection, workforce planning, conditions of employment, conflict management and other people policies and practices.
You will have the ability to develop and maintain strong partnerships with managers and team members, as well as having excellent communication and coaching skills. Solid understanding of Industrial Relations would be advantageous.
This 18 month fixed term contract is based in Inner-city Melbourne (very close to Melbourne CBD).
