Are you an HR Advisor with experience around change management? Are you looking for your next opportunity within an energetic and passionate team? I have partnered with a leading fashion retail/ wholesale brand on their search for a Senior HR Advisor that may be a great opportunity for you!

This established, award winning brand has gained recognition over the years for international enterprise, their contribution to fashion and having one of the best working cultures in the industry. With a range of top brands under their wing, they exist to connect new and existing customers to top quality fashion brands.

The Senior HR Advisor reports directly into the Senior HR Business Partner with a focus around key divisions including emerging markets, group functions and exec office. This allows you to work closely with a knowledgeable HR professional within your potential future line of succession, supporting them on all generalist HR activities.

You will be providing support and advice to management across both head office and the regions around generalist HR activities, assisting them in putting their annual business plan into action and advising how to commercially drive the business from an HR perspective. Supporting management through change, you will provide advise and guidance around process to ensure consistency and forecast potential risk. With multiple brands in the group, you will champion best practice and encourage cross-brand interaction in the form of knowledge sharing. Partnering with the people teams including talent acquisition, reward, payroll and HRIS, you will continue to review ways of working and recommend improvements to drive the HR agenda.

The ideal candidate will have change management experience and be used to communicating with diverse stakeholders at all levels of the business. Understanding the challenges of working within a global omnichannel, multi-brand organisation with a product focus would be advantageous.
