I am exclusively working with a Financial Services organisation in Manchester who, due to rapid growth, are now looking to recruit a Senior HR Administrator. This is a newly created permanent opportunity bridging the gap between payroll and HR to ensure smooth deliver of service to the business.
You will be responsible for ensuring the accurate and timely input of personal details/ changes for a complex areas of the business which will include including starters, leavers, promotions/salary changes and any leave of absence such as maternity/paternity. You will work closely with the payroll team responsible for this area of the business and respond promptly to queries or changes. You will administer the benefits programme, support the SSC Managers and play an important part in process improvement and projects.
As this is a newly created role you will need to be comfortable working in a changing environment and have a flexible and adaptable working style. Due to the level of engagement with the business you will have excellent communication skills, the ability to multi task and work with urgency.
